FAQ

Choose your preferred tour option on the Tours page and select a date. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you're unsure which option fits best, use the Contact form and I'll help you decide.

As early as possible. Peak season dates (March–May and October–November) can fill up six months in advance. When cruise ships dock at Hiroshima's Itsukaichi Port, bookings often come in nearly a year ahead. Check the calendar on each tour page to see current availability — if your dates are open, don't wait.

It depends on the option you choose. The Public Transport Tour includes my guiding; transportation costs are paid as you go. The All-Inclusive Tour covers guide, ferry, admissions, and all transportation coordination. Details are listed on each tour page.
-
Absolutely. I adjust the pace, route, and content based on your group. I've guided families with young children, guests in wheelchairs, and multi-generational groups. Just let me know your situation when you book.
-
Tours run rain or shine. Hiroshima and Miyajima are beautiful in any weather, and I adjust the itinerary if needed. I'll also suggest what to bring based on the forecast before your tour.
-
I'll meet you at Hiroshima Station — right at the door of your Shinkansen car. No searching, no confusion. Alternative meeting points such as your hotel can be arranged.
-
Each tour has its own cancellation policy. The Evening Food Tour has a stricter policy because restaurant reservations are made in advance on your behalf. Please check the specific terms on each tour page before booking.

Yes, the Hiroshima After Dark experience is designed as an add-on. It works well after either the Public Transport or All-Inclusive tour.
